Who we are
Augie's is an old horsebox that Chloe stripped back and rebuilt by hand into a coffee van — pink up top, green below, and just enough room inside to pull a proper flat white.
You'll find her at markets and pop-ups around the country most weeks. The rest of the time the van heads out to private events: weddings, birthdays, christenings, staff days, open days — anywhere a queue for coffee makes the day better.
Speciality beans, oat and lemon alternatives as standard, and a menu that goes well beyond coffee.
